The Role:
Act as a key Finance Business Partner to senior stakeholders, supporting commercial decision-making and financial performance
Drive improvements in billing, profitability, working capital and financial efficiency
Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes
Oversee financial control, ensuring compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements
Manage financial reporting, statutory accounts and liaison with auditors and advisors
Monitor and improve financial hygiene metrics including WIP, debt and cash collection
Prepare and review business cases for strategic initiatives and senior hires
Manage cash flow, treasury and banking relationships
Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Strategy, BD and other support functions
Lead, develop and mentor the local finance team
Continuously review and improve financial processes and controls
The Person:
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
Strong experience in a Finance Manager or similar leadership role
Proven ability to business partner with senior stakeholders
Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability
Experience within professional services or a complex, matrix environment is advantageous
Strong understanding of financial control, compliance and reporting
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
