Corporate Sales Manager Job Description
This well-established four-star hotel seeks a Corporate Sales Manager to drive corporate sales for MICE and group business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and identify new business opportunities in the local corporate and conference market.
2. Meet a set weekly target of appointments to foster growth.
3. Manage a list of accounts, responsible for developing and revenue levels.
4. Conduct market research to understand competitors' transient and group strategies.
5. Monitor rates, benefits, and key account activity in competitor hotels.
6. Maintain relationships with current clients and network for new business accounts both domestically and internationally.
7. Track leads lost and turned down for potential business.
8. Engage in sales activities including sales trips, telesales, site inspections, fam trips, corporate hospitality, and tradeshows.
Requirements:
* A minimum of two years' experience in a similar sales role in a four-star hotel.
* Full clean driver's license and own transport.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive outlook.
* Standards-driven and customer-focused.
* Self-motivated with strong leadership skills.
* Experience of setting annual sales budgets.
