They are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager you will own the day-to-day operations — from goods-in and order fulfilment to dispatch and stock accuracy. You’ll be the driving force behind a safe, efficient, and high-performing environment, using our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to boost visibility and streamline performance across the business. This is a hands-on leadership role that calls for strong organisational skills, confident people management, and a sharp eye for detail.What does your day to day look like in the role?Take charge of all inbound and outbound warehouse operations — from goods receiving and order fulfilment to dispatch.Drive accuracy, speed, and efficiency across every warehouse process.Manage stock control through our Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring every movement is tracked in real time.Train and empower your team to get the best out of our WMS scanning and tracking tools.Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff through clear communication, hands-on guidance, and regular reviews.Uphold the highest Health & Safety standards, completing daily and weekly checks with precision.Keep equipment, forklifts, and racking in top working order through proactive maintenance and servicing.Hit and exceed operational KPIs — including pick rates, order accuracy, and on-time delivery.Spot opportunities for continuous improvement, driving efficiency and reducing costs.Partner with the Commercial & Operations Manager on CapEx projects, warehouse layout optimisation, and process innovation.Experience required:To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and traits:3+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics management, with a proven track record of delivering results.Strong working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) — including scanning, stock control, and reporting.A natural leader and coach, passionate about developing high-performing teams.Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Clear, confident communication and sharp problem-solving abilities.Solid understanding of Health & Safety standards and compliance best practices.A forklift licence or relevant certification is a plus.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionManagementIndustriesWholesale Building Materials and Building Construction
