We are hiring a
Quality and Patient Safety Manager (Grade VI)
for a leading Hospital in Dublin, Ireland.
Permanent, full-time, 39 hours per week
Responsibilities
Oversee operational management of quality and patient safety initiatives.
Analyse incidents and complaints to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
Support audit programmes and risk management processes, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data across systems.
Contribute to policy development, staff education, and the promotion of a strong culture of quality and safety.
Assist with incident investigations, regulatory reporting requirements, and effective complaints management.
Act as deputy to the Head of QRC as required.
Requirements
Extensive experience in healthcare quality, patient safety, data analysis, and risk management.
Strong analytical, reporting, and IT proficiency.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience in report writing.
Sound working knowledge of Mental Health Commission standards and requirements relating to mental health services.
Highly developed organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Effective problem-solving abilities, adopting a proactive and evidence-based, solution-focused approach.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively and manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
Demonstrated success in delivering service improvements aligned with best practice and regulatory standards.
