About the company A multinational engineering / manufacturing site The Role Reporting to the FC at group and the commercial manager locally (also with an accounting background) this role an opportunity to work across all areas of finance including reporting on the business performance Key responsibilities: Preparation of accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports.
Production of monthly management accounts to trial balance.
Manage weekly and monthly KPI dashboard reporting.
Oversee accounts payable, including supplier reconciliations.
Oversee accounts receivable and credit control.
Oversee bank and integrated credit card reconciliations.
Manage tax and Revenue submissions via ROS.
Prepare year-end audit files and liaise with external auditors.
Complete balance sheet reconciliations.
Liaise regularly with functional leads across departments.
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and reforecasting.
Skills required: Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to perform well under pressure when needed.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Solid working knowledge of other Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Power Point, etc.).
Experience using ERP similar financial systems.
