We are seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to assume the role of Food and Beverage Manager within our esteemed establishment. This pivotal position requires a dynamic individual who can effectively oversee the day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
* Leadership: Provide strategic guidance and support to the F&B team, fostering a culture of excellence and driving operational efficiency.
* Operations Management: Directly manage the daily functions of restaurant, bar, room service, and events, guaranteeing consistency in quality and service standards.
* Talent Development: Recruit, train, and motivate F&B staff, focusing on team motivation and adherence to service protocols.
* Financial Acumen: Analyze financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to ensure profitability and alignment with business objectives.
* Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and other department heads to enhance menus and service offerings, contributing to the overall success of the hotel.
Requirements
* Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar leadership capacity within a hotel or resort environment.
* Skillset: Proven leadership and team development skills, strong commercial awareness, excellent communication and organisational abilities, flexibility, and adaptability.
