Fit Lane is looking for a friendly, competent, and compassionate team member to join our small, supportive team. This is a part-time role with hours including Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings, plus additional shifts during the week.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and lead safe, well-structured classes for members of all abilities
* Lead semi-private training sessions, including program planning
* Apply a strong knowledge of exercise principles, exercise placement, regressions, and advanced training methods in a clear, engaging, and safe manner
* Deliver exercise to music, including lifting to music, spinning, and aerobics
* Assist with general gym duties, including set-up, cleaning, and member support
Requirements:
* Strong ability and experience working with a variety of abilities
* Ability to plan and instruct engaging, safe fitness sessions
* Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach
* Flexible availability across weekdays, including early mornings 7am and evenings until 8pm, to cover scheduled shifts
* EQF 4 or equivalent & Group Instruction Qualification
* Precision Nutrition Certificate
Hours:
Part-time, will include Friday afternoons (3–7pm) and Saturday mornings (9am–1pm), with additional shifts during the week.
