Due to continued expansion, we are currently recruiting Social Care Leaders for permanent positions based in Two Mile Borris, Co. Tipperary.
The successful candidate will provide a direct, high-quality service to young people under the age of 12, in line with the policies and procedures set out by our client. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a leadership role within a supportive and child-centred residential environment.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Relevant qualification in Social Care (minimum Level 7)
2. A minimum of 2 years' experience within Social Care in Children's Residential Services
3. Previous experience in a similar setting is desirable
4. Knowledge and understanding of HIQA standards
5. Full, clean driver's licence preferred
6. Flexibility to work across a 24/7 rota, including days, nights, evenings, and weekends
