Ratoath Family Practice is a newly established single-handed GP practice in Ratoath, Co. Meath. We are seeking a Medical Receptionist / Administrator to join the practice from February 2026.This role is available on a part-time basis. Exact hours and working days will be discussed at interview. Salary will depend on experienceDuties may include, but are not limited to:Welcoming patients and managing front-desk enquiries in a courteous and professional mannerAnswering and appropriately screening telephone callsScheduling and managing patient appointmentsManaging email and written correspondenceProcessing repeat prescription requests and medical certificates in line with practice protocolsMaintaining accurate patient records and ensuring confidentiality at all timesHandling payments and general administrative tasksManaging incoming and outgoing post and practice communicationsPrevious experience in a medical or healthcare setting is essential.
