Legal Executive South Dublin Firm Profile We are based in Rathfarnham Dublin 14 with plenty of parking at the offices. We are looking for a Legal Executive with some experience in conveyancing, commercial and family law to work with our Team. We have 2 solicitors looking for support. The hours of the office are 9.00 to 5.30 with a lunch break from 1 to 2. The responsibilities and duties would include: Managing and updating client files and case management system. We use Speech live for dictation and use One Advanced PMS/ALB for our case management system. Assisting with case preparation and documentation. Drafting legal documents, including court briefs for counsel. Liaising with clients and other advisors. Familiar with Land Direct and ROS Comfortable working in a high-volume legal environment. Excellent communicator Ability to work within a team. We currently have 22 staff with 8 of them being solicitors. The salary is negotiable depending on experience.
