Demand Analyst (6-Month Contract | Onsite – Limerick)

With a strong footprint in Ireland and a culture rooted in data-driven decision-making, they partner closely with sales, operations, and planning teams to ensure customers get the right products, at the right time.
They're now looking for a
junior Demand Analyst
to join their Limerick-based team on a
6-month contract
, with a
strong opportunity for extension
.
The Role
This is a hands-on, analytical role where you'll help shape demand forecasts that directly influence supply, capacity, and customer commitments. You'll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, using data to spot trends, assess risk, and tell the story behind the numbers.
If you're early in your career, comfortable in Excel, and excited by how data drives real business outcomes, this is a brilliant opportunity to build experience in a large-scale, fast-moving environment.
What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting business strategy and sales objectives through demand, supply, and capacity inputs
* Evaluating market, commodity, product, and platform dynamics to inform demand forecasts
* Using data, analytics, market intelligence, and demand trends to assess forecast accuracy and manage risk
* Applying statistical models to build and refine demand forecasts
* Collaborating with stakeholders to align on assumptions that impact supply chain planning
* Influencing demand shaping with sales teams during supply constraints or regional plan changes
* Translating customer and financial requirements into actionable forecasts
* Generating demand plans to support product and peripheral transitions
* Driving material allocation decisions and translating these into customer commitments around lead times and supportability
What We're Looking For
* A
degree in Sales, Supply Chain, Data Management, Business, or a related field
* Some relevant work experience (internships, placements, graduate roles all count)
* Strong
Excel and general office skills
* Solid analytical ability with great attention to detail
* Confidence in interpreting data and clearly understanding the story it's telling
* Experience working with
Custom SVS
and managing
external stakeholders
is a strong plus
* Comfortable working
5 days onsite in Limerick
