Inside Sales RepresentativeLocation: Galway, IrelandJob ID: 47240OverviewWe are recruiting for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. Reporting to the European Commercial Director, you will work within your region, collaborating with the sales and marketing department to contribute to regional growth and drive business development.ResponsibilitiesRecruit, onboard, and manage customer requests through a structured marketing and sales approach.Present the added value of HID offers to existing and potential new customers.Manage and monitor customer contacts that follow marketing campaigns referenced in the CRM.Ensure regular follow‑up with customers to provide an advisory approach, analyze and understand their needs, and provide optimization solutions.Support the Regional Sales Team in evangelizing our portfolio of offers and our value proposition.Keep informed of the evolution of HID product and service offerings and of transformations in the group's strategy.Own and develop the Inside Sales motion for Eastern Europe as the primary regional focus, with potential extension into Southern Europe, in close collaboration with regional Sales and Marketing teams.QualificationsProfessional, dynamic, friendly with a genuine interest in business.Skilled in reporting, forecasting and presentation with stamina and resilience to transform prospects into customers.Uncompromising attention to detail and multitasking skills.Self‑motivated, hands‑on with a strong teamwork mentality.Passion for technology, excellent problem‑solving, planning and priority skills.Working knowledge of CRM.Bachelor Degree or Equivalent.Minimum 5 years experience managing accounts and demonstrable ability to hit sales targets.Previous experience selling Physical Access Control solutions an advantage.Experience in a solution selling environment, specifically SaaS and/or Cloud based licensing models desirable.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work as a self‑starter and as part of a team.Hands‑on attitude to manage multiple projects, prioritising successfully.Knowledge/experience of selling RFID / Physical Access Control solutions.Speaking an Eastern European language is a strong advantage, Polish particularly desirable.Work RequirementsCompliance with all relevant HID Global policies and procedures related to Quality, Security, Safety, Business Continuity, and Environmental systems.Travel and fieldwork, including international travel may be required; must possess or be able to acquire a valid passport.Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which you are hired.BenefitsCompetitive salary and rewards package.Competitive benefits and annual leave offering, allowing for work‑life balance.A vibrant, welcoming and inclusive culture.Extensive career development opportunities and resources to maximize your potential.Equal OpportunityHID is committed to building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workforce that reflects the global communities we serve.
