Job Title
The purpose of the Human Resource Administrator role is to provide support to the Learning & Development function and HR technology initiatives. This includes ensuring a smooth delivery of training programs, efficient use of HR systems, and accurate data management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate learning initiatives, workshops, and online training sessions.
* Maintain and update HR information systems (HRIS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
* Generate reports and dashboards for talent development metrics and human resources analytics.
Requirements:
* Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
