Job Title: Client Optimization Professional
About the Role:
As a Client Service Specialist in our Scaled Business Success team, you will support clients at different points in their life cycle with Indeed. You will assist clients via phone, chat, and email to help them resolve any issues they may have or educate them on how to maximize their accounts effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Become a go-to person for Indeed products and educate clients on how to get the most value from them.
* Partner with internal teams to deliver an outstanding experience on each interaction.
* Assist clients in resolving issues via phone, chat, and email.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A consultative approach to assess client pain points and suggest solutions.
- Proven experience in customer service or business-to-business client support.
- Experience in online advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, recruitment advertising, or staffing agencies is preferred.

Salary Range:
The base salary range for this position is between 38,000 - 54,000 EUR per year.
