The Role
We are seeking reliable and motivated General Operatives to join our production team in Longford.
In this hands-on role, you will support the manufacturing and assembly process, ensuring all work meets the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Operate machinery and tools to manufacture light gauge steel housing units.
Assemble structures accurately using technical drawings and instructions.
Carry out visual inspections and quality checks before and after assembly.
Follow all site safety procedures and use PPE at all times.
Report hazards, near misses, or equipment issues promptly.
Work as part of a team to achieve production targets.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
What We're Looking For
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Physically fit for manual handling and production tasks.
Basic computer skills (an advantage).
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
15-minute morning break and 30-minute lunch break (lunch unpaid).
