Job Description
Reporting to the Learning & Development Lead, you will play a key role in delivering an effective and efficient L&D service through the provision of high-quality support.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting in the provision of L&D support services to meet employee needs at an individual, team and organisational level
* Supporting the L&D Lead in administration activities necessary to assess and decide upon individual and team applications for L&D funding
* Assisting in the operational and logistical activity required to ensure the effective design and delivery of all L&D activity
You will act as an administrator for the organisation's new e-learning platform, ensuring an impactful user experience. Additionally, you will support the effective delivery of leadership development programmes, services and initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
* A minimum of 2 years' professional experience in a relevant role within an HR/L&D team or function
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and work to deadlines
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* High proficiency with MS Office applications
