OverviewAn established engineering services organisation is seeking a Service Sales Executive to support business growth across Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), service repairs, and spare parts. The role combines new business generation with strong commercial administration and customer relationship management.ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentGenerate new sales opportunities via telemarketing, email campaigns, and web enquiriesIdentify opportunities with existing and lapsed customers using CRM reportingLiaise with project teams to propose PPM contracts following completed installationsFollow up quotations professionally with customers and internal teamsMaintain accurate CRM records (Simpro)Commercial AdministrationPrepare accurate and detailed customer quotationsRecord and manage opportunity costingsFollow order-winning procedures to ensure effective handover to operationsMaintain sales reporting in line with management requirementsEnsure purchase orders are received for all secured workProvide regular order progress updatesSupport finance with customer queries and cash collectionSchedule and attend key account review meetingsCustomer CareConduct monthly Customer Satisfaction Interviews (CSIs)Compile CSI results for management reviewEscalate and track customer complaints to resolutionCandidate RequirementsLevel 6 qualification in Marketing, Engineering, Business, or similarMinimum 2 years’ experience within HVAC, building services, controls & automation, or related engineering sectorProven lead generation experience in a technical or engineering environmentConfident communicator with a professional phone mannerStrong organisational and time management skillsCommercially aware and results-drivenAbility to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environmentAmbition to progress into a broader sales or projects-based roleSeniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeIndustriesIndustries: HVAC and Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturing
