We are hiring on behalf of our client, a well-established Dublin 2 law firm, who are seeking an Employment Solicitor to join their expanding Employment team. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor to develop their career within a busy, supportive practice advising both commercial and private clients.
The role offers exposure to a broad range of employment law matters, combining advisory, contentious and client-facing work, with genuine responsibility from an early stage.

The Role
* Advising clients on a wide range of employment law matters, including contracts, policies and procedures, redundancies and unfair dismissals
* Managing employment cases before the Workplace Relations Commission and the courts, including drafting complaints, pleadings and submissions
* Liaising with counsel where required and progressing matters through to conclusion
* Interpreting and advising on employment legislation and case law
* Managing client relationships and delivering clear, practical advice
* Working independently and collaboratively within the Employment team
* Participating in business development and networking activities
The Person
* Qualified solicitor with 1–2 years' post-qualification experience in employment law
* Strong drafting, advocacy and case management skills
* Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy caseload
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Client-focused, empathetic and professional approach
* Experience or interest in GDPR/data protection is desirable
