What will I be doing as an Assistant Manager at Applegreen?
* Support the Site Manager in operating the business in accordance with the Applegreen Systems Manual.
* Maintain excellent customer service standards.
* Assist in driving sales and achieving sales targets.
* Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures to deliver brand standards consistently.
* Take responsibility for the site in the absence of the Site Director/Site Manager.
