Job Title: Plant Operator Fixed-term Contract
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Plant Operator to join our team on a fixed-term contract basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation of our plant, including the drying of EMP and MPP. Evaporation Plants, Milk Separation and Cream Despatch SMC and Milk Permeate Intake and despatch. Vegetable oil intake. They will also be required to achieve agreed KPIs relating to Health and Safety, hygiene, through put, quality, energy efficiency and losses, and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and be able to learn quickly. You will also have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

Requirements:
* Familiarity with manufacturing process
* Good technical ability to understand plant and processes with previous plant operator experience an advantage
* Ability to learn quickly, to be innovative and show initiative with respect to work processes
* Flexibility and motivation to seek improvements on a continuous basis
* Good communication skills
* Computer literate with an aptitude for understanding and applying technical data and information in line with plant performance and efficiency
