Main Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for dispensing and preparing prescriptions.
Provide a high standard in customer service.
Ensure efficient stock control and ethical ordering.
Maintain prescription control.
Complete end‑of‑month claims.
Understand reject and reclaims books.
Complete all necessary paperwork.
Review KPIs.
Maintain dispensary housekeeping.
Skills and Experience
Approved Pharmacy Technician Qualification.
At least two years’ experience in a technician or dispensary role.
In‑depth product knowledge.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Helpful and courteous manner.
Team player.
Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays when required.
Fluency in English.
Authority to work in Ireland.
Full EU driving licence and access to a car.
