Brand New Tapas & Wine Bar opening in Kilkee in March 2026.
Seeking to recruit two strong Sous Chefs. Experience in a Tapas / Small Plate preferential however not necessary. Candidates need to be team players and be willing to work closely with Management and Staff alike. Maintain a strong focus on minimizing food waste and controlling costs without compromising quality. HACCP trained is a must.
Looking for two strong Chefs who will help to put this premises on the map by introducing inventive Tapas / Small Plates mixing Traditional Spanish and Irish produce. These are full time positions as we will be open all year round.

Pay: €38,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
