IT QA Lead.
We are now inviting applications for the above position within the Digital Technology Team in Tramore Rd, Cork City.
We are seeking a technically strong IT QA Lead/Test Analyst, with high energy and excited about working in fast paced, dynamic, digital environment.
*This is for a 1 year Fixed term contract.
What you'll be doing:
Motivate and lead the testing across the Musgrave Digital Program.
Organising and managing the testing process across the program.
Creating aTest Process and Test Strategythat analyses which test methods and tools are suitable and used for test activities.
Creates and executes complex test cases/scripts and interprets/analyses results to report, communicate, and work through issues with software engineers, perform investigation and troubleshooting activities.
Planning, coordination, and control of the various test activities across the project.
Development and definition of suitable test methods and test tools.
In charge of creating and implementing automation tools that improve the testing process.
Technical management and control of the testing team or members of the team performing testing.
Documentation of the test activities and preparation of the results.
Definition and monitoring of quality goals.
Ensuring high-quality products are delivered to stakeholders and into market.
What we are looking for:
5+ years in QA Lead/Senior QA Analyst roles.
Proven track record in end to end QA and project delivery.
Knowledge of waterfall and agile delivery methodologies.
Experience working on complex IT systems.
Experienced in guiding and executing testing of projects of varying sizes from ideation through to delivery and benefits tracking with accountability for all phases of the project lifecycleExcellent communicator, comfortable managing the expectations of customers as well as senior management and internal technical staff
Strategic and analytical thinker
Contributes, promotes, and adopts new ideas and approaches
Strong teamwork and leadership skills, an ability to create, communicate and support a common vision and direction
Excellent planning and organization skills, with the ability to confidently prioritise tasks & guide teams
