Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned engineer to lead our maintenance team in ensuring the smooth operation of complex equipment. As a Senior Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day maintenance activities, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in automation systems, mechanical engineering principles, and experience working with advanced technical equipment such as NEC, Beumer, Leonard and EA&E sortation machinery. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively are essential qualities for this role.
* Fault diagnosis and repair of production/operation equipment
* Maintenance management including spares inventory control
* Assistance in developing training programs for junior technicians
