Job Role Overview

The Business Development Coordinator will be part of a close-knit team working closely with the Sales Director to drive sales growth and pipeline development.

* Conduct thorough market research and identify potential prospects for business opportunities.
* Qualify inbound and outbound leads, ensuring they meet our criteria for successful partnerships.
* Schedule discovery meetings and provide comprehensive support for presentations, proposals, and quotes.
* Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, ensuring seamless data tracking.
* Attend sales meetings, providing detailed notes, follow-ups, and actions for progress monitoring.
* Nurture warm leads and facilitate smooth handovers to ensure continued engagement.
* Assist with demos, logistics, and alignment with marketing campaigns to maximize reach.
* Analyze competitor and market activity to stay ahead in the industry.
* At least 3 years of experience in sales support, business development, or lead generation (B2B).
* Strong communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
* Confidence in engaging senior stakeholders, being proactive, and resourceful.
