Qualifications
Must have experience of working within a manufacturing environment.
Have a good basic understanding of Plastics, and familiar with IQMS
Must possess good communication skills and be able to liaise with staff at all levels within the company.
Ability to work on own initiative.
Identify and report on key production and safety related issues to the Manager.
Must have the ability to report system issues and/or fix them on a daily / night shift basis.
A good level of computer literacy is essential.
Responsibilities
Maintaining safety and housekeeping to the highest standards in accordance with the companies GMP and company policy/customer requirements at all times.
Involvement in H&S internal audits.
Responsible for maintaining the real time / IQMS monitoring system integrity by issuing agreed reports to his/her supervisor each shift.
Input data into IQMS daily Production Report
Create Work Orders for Production, print labels, and distribute the DHR documentation.
Involvement in running PIT Meetings
Train all Operators on using the IQMS scanners at all workstations.
Ensure correct segregation of all waste materials in accordance with procedures and policies and report breaches where evident.
Ensure the correct material is being used in each location/work centre for every shift and fix/report discrepancies where applicable.
Assist with presenting finished goods to the warehouse in accordance with GMP and the appropriate customer requirements/ procedures for that product.
Responsible for the seamless hand over of all related reports and information to his/her manager and to his/her colleagues working on opposite shifts.
Identify training needs of personnel on your shift and liaise with your Shift Manager
In the absence of the Shift Manager, you will be required to fulfil this role until such a time when the Shift Manager returns to work.
