Job Title: Bed Manager
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Bed Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our rehabilitation unit, ensuring that all patients receive high-quality care in a safe and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* To develop rapport with critical stakeholders and ensure effective communication throughout the organization.
* To schedule admissions, coordinate bed management, and discharge patients in accordance with established standards of quality care.
* To conduct thorough clinical assessments of patient referrals either on site or via telephonic assessment as appropriate.
