Key Responsibilities
* Partner with executive and operational leadership to shape and execute global business strategy.
* Provide strategic financial analysis, interpretation, and recommendations on major business decisions.
* Lead and develop a high-performing finance business partnering team supporting global service lines.
* Deliver key financial reports including budgets, quarterly business reviews, and forecasts to senior executives.
* Drive commercial performance across a portfolio exceeding $1B in revenue.
* Champion finance as a strategic partner in decision-making and business growth.
Candidate Profile
* Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with 10+ years' experience in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering.
* Proven leadership managing large, complex, multi-region finance functions.
* Strong commercial acumen and experience supporting C-Suite level decision-making.
* Skilled communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive results.
* A collaborative leader with a balance of strategic thinking, flexibility, and execution focus.
