I'm recruiting on behalf of a well-established supplier in the automotive and transport industry, who are looking for an Internal Sales Executive to join their North Cork-based team.
This role plays a key part in both new business development and ongoing account management. You'll be working closely with a supportive sales team to grow the customer base across Connacht, Ulster, and Dublin – all from the office in Cork.
What you'll be doing:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers in the tyre, garage, and haulage sectors
- Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients via calls, emails, and CRM follow-up
- Handle pricing queries, process orders through Autopart, and generate pick notes for dispatch
- Support warm leads by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records

What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in B2B internal sales, telesales, or customer service
- Industry knowledge in tyres, automotive, or transport is a strong advantage
- Confident on the phone and comfortable speaking with tyre centres, garages, and fleet operators
- CRM/database experience (Autopart ideal, but not essential)
- Organised, proactive, and commercially minded
