Quality and Patient Safety Advisor Role
The Quality Patient Safety (QPS) Advisor is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring that services provided to users are safe and of high quality.
This role involves working closely with service areas to develop, deliver, implement and evaluate comprehensive quality and safety programs. The QPS Advisor will also work with the Quality Safety & Service Improvement Department to drive core programs of work in quality, safety and risk management.
* Developing quality improvement initiatives
* Supporting services in compliance with regulations and national standards
* Facilitating incident reviews
In addition to these responsibilities, the QPS Advisor will support services in implementing recommendations from inspection reports, reviews and audits. They will also promote service user involvement in improving services.
