Electrical Project Manager
Due to continued growth and Expansion of new project.
We are seeking a dedicated Qualified Electrical project Manager with a minimum of 3 years Experience for a High Density Residential Development Project.
Key Responibilities:
* Effectively communicate and provide regular updates and reports.
* Implement and Maintain quality control processes to ensure that electrical installations and deliverables meet industry standards and expectations.
* Uphold and enforce health, safety, environmental and Quality standards throughout project lifecycle.
* Take ownership of projects, demonstrating strong leadership and decision making skills.
* Manage project resources efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain budget.
* Monitor and review contractors activities to ensure compliance with company procedures and standards.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Project Management.
* Extensive experience in electrical project management.
* Strong understand of electrical systems, installations and engineering principles.
* Excellent organisational, leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
* Attention to Detail, problem-solving skills, and proactive attitude.
* Familiarity with Irish electrical codes and regulations is essential.
* Full clean drivers licence.
* Hold Current Safe pass and Manual Handling Certificates.
* Excellent Fluent and written English
