Responsibilities: Act as the primary liaison between the business and MSPs, coordinating projects, escalations, and internal IT initiatives. Oversee MSP performance against SLAs, monitor system health, and drive service improvements through regular reporting and reviews. Maintain responsibility for IT infrastructure, security, compliance, and asset management, ensuring MSP alignment and accurate documentation. Lead infrastructure initiatives such as network upgrades, server migrations, and cloud transitions. Support IT governance by contributing to policy development, strategic planning, and ongoing process improvements. Requirements: Degree in IT, Business Information Systems, or related field. 5+ years experience in IT coordination, service delivery, and vendor management. Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and Microsoft 365/Azure/SharePoint. Skilled in communication, stakeholder engagement, and translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Proven experience with MSPs, vendor management, and handling service escalations. Strong project management, analytical, and process improvement skills.
