Job Title: Regulatory Risk Consultant
Location: Dublin
Responsibilities
Support our client's senior governance leaders in preparing for an upcoming internal audit of governance frameworks.
Collaborate with UK counterparts undergoing a similar review and engage with stakeholders across business units and control functions to ensure full audit readiness.
Design a streamlined governance operating model with a focus on improving efficiency and effectiveness across governance processes (e.g., reporting, committee structures, accountability frameworks).
Required Experience & Capabilities
Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis.
In-depth knowledge of governance requirements under EBA Internal Governance.
Financial services background and hands-on governance experience within a regulated financial institution.
Proven ability to draft and implement policies and procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel) at an intermediate level.
Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior management and board-level stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentation capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Contract & Eligibility
This is an initial 6 months fixed-term contract based in Dublin, Ireland, with potential to convert to a permanent role.
