Job Description:
This role offers the opportunity to work as part of a dedicated team delivering high-quality care to residents in a supportive and dynamic environment.
* SUPPORTING NURSING STAFF: Collaborate with nursing staff to provide exceptional person-centred care, ensuring the needs of residents are met.
* RESIDENT ENGAGEMENT: Develop relationships with residents, understanding their interests and needs, providing attention, support and companionship.
* PROMOTING MOBILITY: Assist in promoting the mobility of residents, supervising and assisting where necessary to ensure optimum mobility is maintained and improved where possible.
* CARE ASSISTANCE: Enable and assist residents to maintain personal appearance/hygiene needs while maintaining dignity at all times.
* COMMUNICATION: Communicate effectively with nurses regarding resident conditions or aspects of daily life. Ensure seamless communication between families/residents/staff developing strong working relationships.
