Service Advisor John burke motors is hiring a Service advisor Due to continued growth and expansion of the business.
Responsibilities will include: Assist in the day to day administration and management of our busy Workshop.
Dealing with customers in a courteous and professional manner, anticipating their needs and always exceeding their expectations Appointment bookings, Job scheduling and liaising with our customers and internal departments Preparation of Repair Estimates, final invoicing and processing and settlement of warranty claims Job status monitoring and customer communication Some parts ordering will be required The successful candidates will have: Previous experience in a service advisor role is essential Be highly motivated and able to work on their own initiative Previous experience in the motor industry Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Strong Computer Skills including MS Office & GDS Demonstrate a strong interest and knowledge of the motor industry Full, clean driving licence Benefits 38K - 40K starting salary depending on experience 21 days holidays No evening or weekend work Relaxed working environment
