This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced international environment, supporting employees across multiple locations while enjoying a modern hybrid work model and a strong benefits package.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess accurate bi-weekly and monthly payrolls across multiple locationsManage payroll payments, third-party deductions, and statutory filingsPrepare payroll reports and nominal ledgers for FinanceComplete CSO returns and liaise with Revenue/HMRC and Social ProtectionMaintain confidential payroll records and support internal and external auditsCoordinate with payroll software providers on system updatesAdminister pension plans and support employee benefit schemesManage payroll and benefits queries via the ticketing systemHandle external payroll-related queries and assist with HR invoicing and budget trackingSupport wider HR projects and global initiativesKey Requirements2+ years' experience in Irish and/or UK payroll processingIPASS qualificationStrong knowledge of Irish Revenue requirements and employment legislation; UK payroll knowledge an advantageExcellent Excel skills and strong proficiency across MS OfficeHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailSalary:€55,000 + bonus + excellent benefits packageWorking Model:Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days WFH, with flexitimeHow to ApplyTo apply, please contactRichard Minchinon theLex Consultancyteam.
