Job Description:
The Site Quality Leader is responsible for leading the quality function at a site. This role encompasses ownership of quality systems and laboratory control systems, ensuring that compliant quality management systems are implemented, maintained, and operating effectively.
This leader drives permanent inspection readiness by overseeing the planning, implementation, and control of site quality systems and providing QA oversight for plant capital projects. They ensure all batches meet current EU and FDA GMP directives and relevant marketing authorizations.
The Site Quality Leader fosters a culture of partnership across departments, driving excellence in compliance, supply chain strategy development cost reduction initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Audit product introductions major capital projects to assess their impact on quality considerations.
2. Collaborate with global functions teams to deliver high-quality results including commercial supply of products to the network compliance with regulatory requirements worldwide.
3. Develop an effective QA organization managing method validation analytical testing registration batch release establishing lean processes aligned with ICH Q1, Q10 Zoetis guidelines
4.
