Role Overview:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain our payments platform infrastructure, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure robustness, scalability, and security. A strong understanding of cloud technologies such as Azure and/or AWS is essential.
Job Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain secure software build and delivery pipelines.
* Manage infrastructure as code using tools like Pulumi, Ansible, or similar.
* Develop and maintain DevSecOps tools to ensure security and compliance.
* Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to embed security practices into the software lifecycle.
* Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, deployment, and performance issues.
* Stay updated on industry trends to improve our platform continually.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
* 5+ years of software engineering experience.
* Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and/or AWS.
* Proficiency in infrastructure as code tools (Pulumi, Terraform, Ansible).
* Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and tools.
* Experience with templating tools like Carvel, Jinja, Helm.
* Golang experience is a plus; strong Java or Python skills with ability to learn Golang quickly are acceptable.
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
