Job Title: Infrastructure Development Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infrastructure Development Manager to lead our infrastructure projects in the power sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to ensure timely delivery of projects.
* Project Planning and Control: Lead planning and project controls for infrastructure projects in the power sector, ensuring that all aspects of the project are well-managed and executed within budget and timeframe.
* Strategy Development: Develop and implement planning strategies to meet project objectives, identifying areas of improvement and recommending solutions to optimize project outcomes.
* Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate closely with commercial and contractual teams to ensure smooth project delivery, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and colleagues alike.
* Project Management Tools: Utilize Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and other software to manage project schedules and resources, ensuring efficient use of time and personnel.
* A relevant degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent is required.
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in planning and project controls within construction and engineering is essential.
* A proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget is crucial.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
