About The Role
ORS is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Lead to take ownership of group-wide talent acquisition strategy and delivery. This is a senior, influential role within the People & Culture team, responsible for shaping how we attract, engage, and hire talent as the ORS Group continues to scale.
You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, lead complex and senior-level hiring, and drive continuous improvement across recruitment processes, employer branding, and workforce planning. This role combines hands‑on delivery with strategic leadership and offers real scope to shape the future of talent at ORS.
You’ll have autonomy in how you work, flexibility to work remotely, and the opportunity to make a real impact on how the ORS Group attracts and engages talent.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver the ORS Group talent acquisition strategy in line with business growth plans.
Partner with SLT and senior stakeholders on workforce planning and critical hires.
Oversee and manage senior, specialist, and hard-to-fill roles across the group.
Set recruitment standards, processes, and best practices across ORS.
Lead employer branding, EVP development, and external talent engagement initiatives.
Use data and insights to inform recruitment decisions and report at leadership level.
Coach and support Talent Acquisition Partners and contribute to the wider People & Culture strategy.
Manage agency relationships and drive cost-effective hiring solutions.

Essential Requirements

Significant experience in senior or lead-level talent acquisition roles.
Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and influence hiring decisions.
Strong strategic thinking combined with hands‑on delivery capability.
Experience designing or improving recruitment processes at scale.
Excellent commercial awareness and data-driven decision-making skills.
Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management capability.

Desirable Requirements

Experience leading talent acquisition within a multi-disciplinary or high-growth organisation.
Employer branding or EVP project experience.
Exposure to mergers, acquisitions, or group structures.
