Key Responsibilities:
37.5 hours per week Schedule: 5 days over 7, including weekends Flexibility Required
* Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting in the management of catering services to high standards.
* Organize and direct staff for smooth and efficient service delivery.
* Support daily operations of the catering service with management.
* Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and quality, adhering to company procedures.
* Receive and organize deliveries from suppliers, following protocols.
* Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety standards on site.
* Main ISO quality standards are maintained.
* Effective communication occurs with customers, staff, and management.
* All CCSL policies and client-agreed procedures are complied with.
* A proactive and supportive team member collaborates.
