You will perform advanced business analysis, determine best practices and develop insights and recommendations through analysis of data to drive key decision making in business performance, operations management and capacity planning & forecasting. You will be supporting teams across operations including Global Regulatory Compliance Team (Content delivery function) and Customer Success Team (Implementations & Support functions). You will work with other stakeholders across the company eg. Finance and Revenue Operations.Key Responsibilities:KRA 1: Data AnalysisAcquire data from multiple sources and maintain data collection systemsAnalyse and interpret data, identifying key insights and trends on business performanceShare actionable insights with key stakeholders to drive business decisions on a weekly and monthly basisCompare forecasts with actual data and track key performance indicators with commentary.KRA 2: Reports & DashboardsCreate and maintain dashboards and reports to support operations and performance managementCreate management reports as required for forecasting and strategic decision making while providing advice and guidance to senior stakeholders on decisions.Identify and select best in class tools for analysis, data visualisations and reportingKRA 3: Communication & CollaborationCommunicate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organisationCollaborate with teams across the organisation in sharing best practice in analytical thinking, tools and data insightsPresent findings in a clear and concise manner to key stakeholders and influence decisions in a timely and appropriate direction.Monitor and oversee the work of less experienced members of the team, provide guidance, mentorship, and feedback.KRA 4: Process Improvement & Project ManagementProactively make recommendations that will define process improvements and efficienciesMeasure impact of process changes and share findings with operations teamsWork with management to prioritise business and information needs as a result of capacity planning and optimising resource utilisationProject Manage changes in process for increased productivity, better collaboration or increased Customer Satisfaction and retention or similar outcomes.KRA 5: Gainsight AdministrationServe as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Gainsight NXT platform, providing in-depth knowledge and best practices for its configuration, administration, and utilization to support Customer Success operations.Translate business requirements into technical specifications within Gainsight, designing and implementing solutions such as playbooks, CTAs, reports, dashboards, and surveys to optimize the customer journey and improve efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Product to understand their data and reporting needs, ensuring Gainsight effectively integrates with other business systems such as HubSpot and Zendesk.Develop and maintain Gainsight analytics and reporting, providing actionable insights into customer health, product adoption, retention trends, and the overall effectiveness of Customer Success initiatives to key stakeholders.Experience and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems or related technical field or equivalent practical experienceMin. 5 years data analysis & reporting experienceAbility to effectively analyse data & provide recommendations at an advanced levelAbility to lead projectsExcellent problem solving skillsStrong knowledge and experience in data querying, data mining, data segmentationStrong understanding of Business Intelligence strategies/design as it relates to Data analysisExperience with one or more Business Intelligence and data visualisation tools, e.g. tableau, google data studio, microsoft power BIAbility to communicate & influence effectively to different levels in the organisation.Results driven, with strong focus on delivery & time managementStrong reporting abilities, attention to detail & high levels of accuracy in all aspects of the roleAbility to produce clear documents, business reports and presentationsExperience in Process Design & Improvement eg. LEAN Six Sigma methodologies an advantage
