Job Title: A Strategic Capacity Planning Specialist plays a key role in designing and maintaining capacity planning models for one of our support verticals with a focus on user experience, utilization, and speed of answer to our users' queries. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain capacity planning models to forecast resource requirements 2. Leverage forecasting techniques to analyze historical data and market trends, predicting future capacity needs 3. Evaluate potential risks and opportunities of inputs into the model, informing planning decisions 4. Monitor performance against planned capacity levels and adjust plans as needed while holding stakeholders accountable to accuracy of inputs into the plan 5. Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to gather information and align planning efforts with business goals
