As a key member of the leadership team, you will provide high-level administrative support to enable senior executives to focus on business priorities.
You will have access to services provided by other groups and organisations supporting our client business.
Your duties will include:
 * Diary Management: Scanning emails, identifying regular tasks, and coordinating travel arrangements
 * Travel Coordination: Agreeing travel needs with MDs, creating itineraries, and providing support with travel documentation
 * Event Planning: Taking briefs, delivering full event management within budget, and preparing agendas
 * Communication Support: Preparing draft proposals, presentations, and documents
 * Administrative Assistance: Assisting with complex administrative tasks, such as invoicing, accounts reconciliation, and time reporting
 * Team Collaboration: Sharing knowledge, working collaboratively, and promoting teamwork throughout the organisation
