Overview

Responsibilities
Create, assess, and refine question-answer pairs to improve LLM performance.
Annotate data accurately and consistently according to predefined guidelines.
Evaluate the quality of existing datasets and machine learning outputs.
Conduct basic research to ensure accurate annotations.
Develop and maintain annotation guidelines for consistent, high-quality results.
Provide feedback on annotation tasks to improve processes and workflows.
Identify trends or patterns in annotated data and share insights with the team.
Research new entity categories and best practices for organizing them.
Qualifications
High proficiency in English (minimum C1 level as per CEFR).
Fluent in one of the following languages: Bulgarian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, German, Greek, Hebrew, Slovak, Swedish or Vietnamese (oral and written), with a deep understanding of regional culture and social trends.
Undergraduate degree or higher qualification.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex guidelines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Shift Options
Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Evening Shift: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Monday to Friday (occasional weekends or bank holidays).
Location
Dublin 18, Sandyford (on-site only; remote work is not available).
