As part of our expansion, we are currently looking for a suitably motivated - Advanced Quality Engineer to join our group.What you’ll doImplement Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and controls for NPI and manage build records and documents.Support and facilitate Design Failure Mode Effect Analysis (DFMEA) creation and maintenance.Support and facilitate Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis (PFMEA) creation and maintenance.Manage the First Article Inspection (FAI) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), including the creation and submission of Part Submission Warrants (PSW).Complete measurement system analysis for inspection systems and gages to be utilised during the NPI phase.Review and analyze samples, quality issues, and improvement actions during the NPI stage.Conduct and analyse process capability studies in support of process development teams.Support the definition and implementation of quality controls and documentation needed for the production shop floor.Monitor process capability and oversee ongoing corrective actions as required.Review and approve the measurement and cosmetic inspection.Support the customer and quality system audit as required.Who you areLevel 8 Degree in a relevant Quality/Engineering/Science related discipline.Proven experience in a quality role within an NPI function in a regulated environment.Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background would be an advantage.Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO9001, AS9100).Good knowledge of Six Sigma, Statistical Analysis and Lean principles to investigate and solve problems and improve quality.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment and work under own initiative to targets and deadlines.Core tool qualification would be an advantage (FMEA, APQP, Control Plan, SPC).What's in it for youCareer Growth: Contribute to a world-class space-age communication program while developing your leadership skills in a state-of-the-art manufacturing environment.Collaboration: Work with talented professionals across disciplines to drive impactful solutions.Innovation: Be part of a team pioneering advancements in manufacturing engineering for cutting-edge FSO systems.Work-Life Balance: Enjoy flexible work schedules and a comprehensive benefits package.If you're ready to take your career to new heights and drive the future of space-age communication, apply now and join the MBRYONICS team as our Advanced Quality Engineer.Diversity, Inclusion and Equal OpportunitiesCore ethical values, diversity and inclusion are invaluable to MBRYONICS’ business success.
