We are currently working alongside a leading medium sized firm with offices in Meath and Cavan to hire an Audit Manager due to the continued growth of the business. Following on from being a Finalist in Medium Firm of Year in 2022, 2023 and 2024 the company is looking to hire an ambitious and motivated individual who will join their existing team of 35, with 25 in Audit.
This is a hybrid position with 1 or 2 days per week required in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Directing and managing delivery of exemplary client service on all client engagements
* Making sure the client is satisfied above their expectations on service experience with W&P
* Working through the resources of the Firm across all levels and departments to ensure client satisfaction levels are at the highest
* Anticipating and managing client anxieties and concerns in relation to our services
* Audit File review
* Manage audit risk on Portfolio
* Review of all WIP per Quarter
* Participation in Chamber monthly events / networking events
Requirements:
* Exceptionally driven, demonstrating a well-documented capacity to take independent action within a demanding and ever-changing professional setting.
* Possessing experience at a reputable Big 4 or mid-tier Audit firm, adept at thriving in an environment that adheres to auditing and accounting standards,
* Holding a professional accounting qualification such as CAI
* Outstanding analytical abilities coupled with a keen attention to detail.
* Robust comprehension of business and market dynamics.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and concise reports.
* Devotion to upholding high standards of professionalism and dedicated client service excellence.
