About the Role
Every individual in our homes has a story. You'll get to know each one as you:
* Lend a hand with daily life – making sure our residents feel heard, comfy and well-fed
* Work with our team to support those with challenging needs
* Help keep our residents' bodies and minds active
* Keep tabs on our residents' health – helping with treatments
* Be a friend to our residents
* Make sure every resident's privacy and dignity is respected
You'll be a true team player and great communicator, with:
* A real desire to make a difference in people's lives
* A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
* Time spent working as a caregiver or similar
* Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
