Securities Reconciliation Officer
As a Securities Reconciliation Officer, you will play a crucial role in the daily reconciliation of security positions held in Clearstream against external custodians.
You will be responsible for reviewing non-automatically reconciled items, investigating differences, and allocating them to internal or external stakeholders. Your task will also include regular reporting of reconciliation status for each custodian and ensuring regulatory compliance in the securities reconciliation process.
* Review and investigate non-automatically reconciled items.
* Daily reconciliation of recorded internal securities balances against positions reported by external custodians.
* Regular reporting of reconciliation status for each custodian.
* Maintain strong connections with internal and external counterparties.

Your Profile
We are looking for a candidate with a university degree in finance, business administration, or a similar field of studies. Relevant experience in investment funds and a well-developed understanding of business context and processes are advantageous.

* Knowledge of Clearstream systems and ICSD/CSD business is beneficial.
