Job Description
To develop and implement patient-centered strategies, we are seeking an individual with experience in partnering with patients/service users in healthcare or social care settings.
* A proven track record of collaborating with patients and families to drive healthcare innovation
* Demonstrated expertise in leading and managing projects that prioritize patient needs and preferences
* Experience working closely with internal and external stakeholders, including advocacy groups to advance healthcare goals
This role will also involve supporting the Patient Feedback and Support Service (PFSS) and contributing to CHI's Quality and Patient Safety initiatives.
